Strategy

Since 2015, we have been working on a strategy towards 2025. In 2024, we begin to rig ourselves for a new strategy process while hoping to end some of the processes we are in the middle of: land is the outdoor area, family center, establishing deacons (deacons' councils), new push towards house churches, outward-facing deaconry and alpha.fdf

The establishment of Awana (which became bigger than anything we had thought)
Development of the real estate population with a view to alleviating needs in the city (Family Center)

These are some of the things that we have been able to participate in based on the adopted plan, and then there are some things that have been done beyond the original plan, such as betting against tweens, outstanding adults, new living room, new chapel +++.

The Way Forward

Then there are also things in the strategy that we haven't come into port with. The next step now is to form a new team that can lay the groundwork for a new strategy process from 2025. In the years since, we have especially worked under the pegs, an Arena for the home, the city, the country, the nations. It is probably also a line we will work on further through the new vision.

An arena for

The Home

The Assembly will ensure that we have a deliberate and planned plan to shape Jesus' followers. With the home as our main base, we will prioritize what helps parents to be conscious communicators of faith to their children. In our shared home at the House of Prayer, we will gather for creative and faith-strengthening community gatherings where the relationship with God and other people is at the center.

The city

Our “heartbeat” and our property are to be developed to become a resource centre providing life support assistance for people in our city. We will be active in the common Christian work, and take the initiative of meeting point between the city's congregations.

The country

By sharing our resources, we will help renew the work of prayer houses. Through our contact with the organization Awana, we will contribute to increasing the quality of work among children and young people.

The Nations

The mission applies to all of us, which is why we will be involved in sending missionaries to the nations. Through contact with other mission organizations, we will make generous financial contributions to reach out to the Gospel.
